You may only have one Light's Vigil active per party. 730 Mana.
50	Rank 2 new Applies Light's Vigil to the target for 30 sec. Your next Holy Shock cast on them triggers no cooldown and causes enemy targets to suffer 268 to 288 Holy damage and refund 75% of Light's Vigil's Mana cost, or allied targets to heal their party for 486 to 514. You may only have one Light's Vigil active per party. 1,000 Mana.
60	Rank 3 new Applies Light's Vigil to the target for 30 sec. Your next Holy Shock cast on them triggers no cooldown and causes enemy targets to suffer 380 to 410 Holy damage and refund 75% of Light's Vigil's Mana cost, or allied targets to heal their party for 684 to 724. You may only have one Light's Vigil active per party. 1,340 Mana.
