In the Discipline tab of the Priest spellbook. Every rank: Enemy: 36 yd range, Friendly: 40 yd range, Channeled, 12 sec cooldown. Holy school. Scales with 19% of spell power (heal), 19% of spell power (per tick).

What Penance does, rank by rank 4 ranks

Level	Rank and what it does
30	Rank 1 (with the talent) new Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 44 Holy damage to an enemy, or 133 healing to an ally, instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec. 150 Mana.
40	Rank 2 new Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 52 Holy damage to an enemy, or 208 healing to an ally, instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec. 220 Mana.
50	Rank 3 new Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 71 Holy damage to an enemy, or 279 healing to an ally, instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec. 270 Mana.
60	Rank 4 new Launches a volley of holy light at the target, causing 92 Holy damage to an enemy, or 425 healing to an ally, instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec. 385 Mana.

What changed from Classic

New in WoW Forever: Classic had no Penance.

On the Priest abilities list: New Discipline channel: Holy damage or healing, instantly and every 1 sec for 2 sec, 12 sec cooldown. Rank 1 from the talent at 30, ranks 2 to 4 at 40, 50 and 60.

At 5/5: Your heals from Flash Heal, Binding Heal, Lesser Heal, Heal, Greater Heal, and Penance gain 10% increased critical strike chance when cast on targets with Weakened Soul, and reduce the remaining duration of Weakened Soul on their target by 5 sec.

  Improved HealingHoly row 4 (level 25), 3 ranks. At 3/3: Reduces the Mana cost of your Lesser Heal, Heal, Greater Heal, Penance, and Prayer of Mending spells by 15%.

What level do you get Penance in WoW Forever?

With the Penance talent: Discipline row 5 opens at 20 points, level 30 at the earliest; later ranks are trained at 40, 50 and 60 (beta client spellbook, build 70291).

Is Penance a talent in WoW Forever?

Yes: the Penance talent (Discipline row 5, 1 rank) teaches rank 1, and a trainer the later ranks.

Did Penance change from Classic?
