What changed from Classic

Changed from Classic. Your gear works in form now: your weapon adds to your melee damage in Bear Form, weapon enchants like Crusader and procs like Windfury Totem work in Bear and Cat Form, and you can drink potions and use items without shifting out (Blizzard's Class Highlights Part 3, 0:29 to 1:48).

Classic: Shapeshift into cat form, increasing melee attack power by 120 plus Agility. Also protects the caster from Polymorph effects and allows the use of various cat abilities. The act of shapeshifting frees the caster of Polymorph and Movement Impairing effects.

  Heart of the WildFeral Combat row 1 (level 10), 5 ranks. At 5/5: In addition, while in Bear Form or Dire Bear Form your Stamina is increased by 20% and while in Cat Form your Strength is increased by 10%.

  Feral SwiftnessFeral Combat row 2 (level 15), 2 ranks. At 2/2: Increases your movement speed while in Cat Form by 30%, and increases your chance to Dodge by 4%.

No. Cat Form is in the Feral Combat tab of the Druid spellbook, and no Druid talent teaches it. 9 talents change it: Heart of the Wild, Feral Swiftness, Thick Hide, Feral Charge, Sharpened Claws, Predatory Strikes, Blood Frenzy, Leader of the Pack and Furor.

Yes. Now it reads "Shapeshift into Cat Form, increasing Attack Power by 120 plus Agility." where Classic read "Shapeshift into cat form, increasing melee attack power by 120 plus Agility." The beta changed it in build 70170.
