What Counterattack does, rank by rank 4 ranks

Level	Rank and what it does
25	Rank 1 (with the talent) changed A strike that becomes active after parrying an opponent's attack. This attack deals 50% weapon damage plus 13 and immobilizes the target for 5 sec. Counterattack cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried. 30 Mana. Classic: A strike that becomes active after parrying an opponent's attack. This attack deals 40 damage and immobilizes the target for 5 sec. Counterattack cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried. 45 Mana.
30	Rank 2 new A strike that becomes active after parrying an opponent's attack. This attack deals 50% weapon damage plus 20 and immobilizes the target for 5 sec. Counterattack cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried. 45 Mana.
42	Rank 3 changed A strike that becomes active after parrying an opponent's attack. This attack deals 50% weapon damage plus 35 and immobilizes the target for 5 sec. Counterattack cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried. 65 Mana. Classic: A strike that becomes active after parrying an opponent's attack. This attack deals 70 damage and immobilizes the target for 5 sec. Counterattack cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried.
54	Rank 4 changed A strike that becomes active after parrying an opponent's attack. This attack deals 50% weapon damage plus 55 and immobilizes the target for 5 sec. What changed from Classic

Rank 2 is new, ranks 1 and 3 to 4 changed. Row 4 of Survival opens at level 25 (20 with the Legacy perk Talented at 5/5), so that is when the talent can give it. The game files still put the spell itself at level 30. New in Forever. A new rank between Classic's first and second. Classic's ranks are Forever's 1, 3 and 4.
